People of Nepalgunj in mid- western Nepal have been terrified after an underground group starts planting bombs in public vehicles.
According to THT Online, people have been more terrified after police seized a bomb on Tuesday evening from a bus heading towards capital Kathmandu from Nepalgunj, some 365 km west of Kathmandu.
Police took the bus under control after getting information that the group planted the bomb in the running bus.
According to police, they found the bomb under the seat while rechecking the bus.
A bomb disposal team of Nepal Army from Imamnagar Army Barrack of Rajha in Banke district disposed the bomb Wednesday morning.
Six months ago, too, six persons were injured when an unknown group exploded bomb in a running bus at Ganapur in the district.
Badal Kha, introducing himself as chairman of armed underground janatantrik tarai madesh mukti party took the responsibility of the incident on Tuesday through telephone call to media houses.
